How can my company retain Hyperion's services?

Hyperion can accept a formal contract, a purchase order, or service agreement. We can work on a time and materials basis, a lump sum not to exceed basis, or a fixed fee. Back to Top

Does Hyperion provide complete turnkey systems?

Yes, we can and often do so. Hyperion recently completed an expansion to an arsenic treatment system and two acid waste neutralization systems on a turn-key basis. Often, the schedule to complete a project is such that only a turn-key approach will meet the deadlines. Back to Top

Can Hyperion perform bench-scale evaluations?

Where the chemistry and/or reactions are unknown, or when the performance of a particular unit operation is in question, Hyperion recommends and performs bench-scale, or similar evaluations. Back to Top

What if we only need controls engineering?

Our controls engineers, while familiar with the chemical process technologies Hyperion utilizes, can tackle any controls engineering problem on the planet.

We are very familiar with HMI configurations for Intellution, Wonderware, RSView32, Lookout and PanelMate.

We perform PLC programming for Allen Bradley, Modicon, GE and Siemens.

Hyperion can provide control panel design and fabrication, PLC integration with DCS serial interfaces, operator interfaces for SCADA systems and OEM equipment, and integration of third party equipment with DCS serial interfaces (EPLCG & HPM SI). Back to Top

What if we only need chemical process engineering?

Hyperion often provides chemical process engineering and/or consultation where the customer then elects to contract with another party for the balance of the plant's needs. Back to Top

Will Hyperion package systems for shipment elsewhere?

Yes. Depending upon the size of the system, the location (country), and complexity, Hyperion can offer packaged systems that are pre-piped, pre-wired, skid-mounted, tested in-house and then shipped in suitable containers and/or environments (e.g. ultra-pure). Back to Top

The list is too lengthy to elaborate on for this web site. Basically, we are experts in membrane separation processes, ion exchange, chemical oxidation, reduction, precipitation, filtration, mass transfer, multi-phase separation and sterilization processes. None of our process technologies are proprietary.
